| Description |
Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. It interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Perform all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Must have previous leasing experience on a 350+ unit Lease up, additional marketing background preferred. Need someone who is a quick learner, with lots of energy and a friendly, upbeat attitude. Must be available to work weekends and until 7pm daily.
